We are seeking enthusiastic Resident Care Associates (RCA)/Nurse Aides who are passionate and eager to grow alongside an outstanding team!

 

Trilogy Health Services has an internal, 100% company-sponsored CNA program to offer our employees to become Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA), earn more money and grow their careers. Through the Nurse Aide Fast Track Program, our employees have an opportunity to grow quickly while working at a community! 

 

Must be able to attend the CNA class Monday-Friday during normal business hours and then transition to a regular schedule. 

After completion of the required coursework, clinicals and successfully passing the exam, you'll receive an increase in your wages as a CNA!

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll do when you join us:

 

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors.

  • Assists with house keeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
  • Assists with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to, transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.
  • Answers resident call lights promptly.
  • Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
  • Assists with 1:1 observations as assigned.
  • Maintains communication with Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse to report any resident changes in condition, concerns, and grievances.
  • Provides great customer service, companionship, communication and engagement in activities.
  • Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (i.e., check sitting position, hydration passing, etc.)
  • Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
